Community Healthcore Needs Assessment Project
(Round 1-Round 3)
Community Healthcore selected Trebuchet Research to conduct three rounds of its center-wide needs assessment. The data from this project contributed to the organization’s strategic plans for service delivery, design and implementation. Additionally, the needs assessment was essential to maintaining Community Healthcore’s credential as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
For over 50 years, Community Healthcore has served some of the most vulnerable populations in North East Texas, such as children and adults with mental health conditions, intellectual and development disabilities, and substance use disorders.
